1. Who we are
thegoatdrink.com (the "Site") is an independent affiliate website operated by Conceptos Design LLC ("we", "us"). The Site promotes GOATED, a nootropic performance drink made and sold by IQ Health LLC of Boise, Idaho ("IQ Health"). We are not IQ Health. We do not take orders, process payments, or ship products. When you click a purchase link on the Site, you leave the Site and complete your order on IQ Health's website under IQ Health's own privacy policy and terms.
This policy explains what information we collect on the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
The Site does not have user accounts. If we offer an email sign-up form and you choose to use it, we collect the email address you enter and the date and time you submitted it. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. This is used for security and to keep the Site running. If we use an analytics service, it may collect similar information in aggregate so we can understand how the Site is used.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment information, shipping addresses, government identification numbers, or health information on the Site. Those details, if you provide them, are collected by IQ Health when you place an order on its website.
3. Cookies and tracking
The Site itself uses few or no cookies. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies needed to serve the Site. If we add an analytics or advertising tool, it may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure traffic and the performance of our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from reading the Site.
When you follow a purchase link to IQ Health's website, IQ Health and its affiliate tracking software may set cookies on your device to record that you arrived from the Site. That tracking is governed by IQ Health's privacy policy, not ours.
4. Affiliate links and purchases
Purchase links on the Site are affiliate links. If you buy GOATED after clicking one, we may earn a commission from IQ Health at no extra cost to you. To pay that commission, IQ Health's affiliate system records that your visit came from the Site. IQ Health does not share your name, payment details, or address with us as part of that process. We may see aggregate reports such as the number of clicks and orders attributed to the Site.

8. Children
The Site is intended for adults. GOATED contains caffeine and is not recommended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

- Email. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.
- Cookies. Use your browser settings to block or clear cookies.
- Do Not Track. The Site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no common standard for them.
10. California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. 11. Changes to this policy
